Roxanne, Nora & Loretta are ready to find their families

These three beautiful ex-feral kittens are ready to find their forever homes. Nora and Loretta are stunning torbies, and Roxanne is a gorgeous orange girl. Thanks to the love and dedication of their incredible foster mum, they have come an amazing distance. They are approximately 10 weeks old and have had their first vaccines. Their second vaccines, spay surgeries as well as their microchips are all included in their adoption fees. They have been fed a premium kitten dry and canned food (Acana).

When they first arrived, they were frightened, underweight little kittens battling nasty colds. Today, they are healthy, affectionate youngsters who happily follow their foster mum around like tiny puppies and love being part of her daily life.

Because of their background, their new family will need to understand that they may be shy at first. A new home is a big change, and they'll need a little patience while they settle in and realize they're safe. Once they do, their sweet personalities shine through, and you'll be rewarded with the opportunity to build a very special bond with them.

These kittens must be adopted in pairs (or a trio?), or into a home with a friendly, confident resident cat who can show them the ropes and help them feel secure. They are looking for a calm, predictable home and would do best without young children, as a quieter environment will allow them to continue to blossom.

------- A sweet little feral family joined after being found living in a woodpile on a farm. Like many outdoor moms and babies, they arrived underweight and carrying a heavy worm burden, but they are now safe and receiving the care they need. They've seen the vet, have their first vaccines and are now dewormed and feeling a whole lot better!

Mom is semi-feral and still very unsure of people. She is timid and prefers to keep her distance, but thankfully she has never hissed or struck at us. Because she tolerates our presence and allows us to handle her kittens, we've been able to keep the family together while they settle in. She doesn't have a name yet. We're still waiting to see more of her personality emerge. While it's unlikely she will become a fully tame, adoptable cat, we'll give her every opportunity to show us what she's capable of. Once she's spayed, we'll determine the best path forward for her.

The kittens are shy, but beneath that nervous exterior are sweet little babies who enjoy being held once they've been caught. Nora is the most cautious and will need the most dedicated socialization. Meanwhile, little orange Rocky and his sister Loretta are already beginning to seek out attention and are making wonderful progress.

In the coming week, these kittens will need an experienced foster home with a separate room where they can safely build confidence without finding endless hiding spots. We'd like to keep them with their mom until at least midweek, and possibly next weekend, but they will soon benefit from more one-on-one time, play, and socialization.

These babies are incredibly lucky to have been found when they were. Because someone cared enough to help, they won't have to face the challenges of a feral life.
