Miso

Miso, and his two adorable sibllings Sitka and Bamboo, are about 5–6 months old and have come such a long way since they first arrived in our care. They were found on the side of a road with their mom in very poor condition, but thanks to dedicated foster care, they are now thriving.

While they’re not quite ready to go home just yet, as they still need to complete their final vet care on April 2nd - they will be available for adoption the weekend of April 4th!

Miso required specialized care and was lucky to spend time in a veterinary foster home, where he received incredible treatment, including eye surgery from Dr. Osinchuck at Vancouver Island Eye Specialists. Thanks to that care, Miso has kept his vision and is now pain-free, even though his eye will never look completely typical. He is absolutely thriving!

All of these kittens have been well handled and are incredibly social, affectionate, and friendly. Miso also spent time with a dog and absolutely loved the companionship. Well, maybe a little too much, as he was always cuddling up close and following the dog everywhere he could!

Because they are still young and very social, they would do best being adopted with a sibling or into a home with another young, friendly cat. If you are interested, please fill out our application form.
